New Leaf’s 7-day Mindfulness Journal was created as a resource for youth during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. It includes mindfulness activities and writing prompts to help wade through challenging thoughts and feelings. Combining mindfulness with art can be a great way to begin to shift out of survival mode, process emotions, and have an outlet to express ourselves.
The PDF document can be downloaded, filled in online, or simply referenced for daily reflections that can be completed in another notebook.
