Programs

New Leaf Foundation offers multi-session programs both virtually and in-person. These initiatives run in 6-12 week modules and are organized around our program model and core themes with the purpose of building self-awareness, emotional governance and empowerment.

Opportunity to connect with self and community

Our program model creates a strong internal framework for how our sessions are offered. It includes activities to build connection within the group, life skills themes, meditation, mindful movement, and strategies for transferring topics and practices to everyday life.

Our core themes provide a roadmap for youth to develop a stronger connection with themselves and their communities. They create the opportunity to increase mindful awareness, build the capacity to work skillfully with emotions, increase self-esteem, and cultivate wellness on mental, emotional, and physical levels.

Youth Justice

Serving southern Ontario. Trauma and post-traumatic stress are leading factors that may contribute to violence and incarceration. We offer year-round programs in open and closed custody facilities and alternative sentencing programs.

Community Partners

Serving the Greater Toronto Area. Real, lasting change happens when individuals have equal access to positive, health-based resources, and youth become leaders in their own communities. We run programs in 6-12 week modules in partnership with other youth-serving organizations and community partners.

Calling All Community Partners

We are looking to partner with community organizations in the Greater Toronto Area to support young people facing barriers to wellness resources. Are you interested in hosting a multi-session program for your group of youth? Apply to work with us!
